Boursin Cheese - Make Your Own 2 cups
2 garlic cloves 8 ounces unsalted butter, softened 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh basil 1/2 teaspoon marjoram, fresh or dried 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh chives 1/4 teaspoon thyme, fresh or dried 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 1 teaspoon dill weed
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and process until smooth and well combined. Spoon mixture into a small serving bowl and chill overnight. Serve at room temperature.

I have made this - - - it is wonderful and I like to form it into small log shapes to stuff inside of flattened chicken breasts that I sear and then bake...... Yummy.......
The homemade Boursin works better than trying to use the very pricey store bought version.....
