: 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour ¼ tsp salt ½ cup unsalted (can use salted here if that’s all you have just omit the salt) cubed ¼ cup ice water In food processor add flour and salt (if using), then add cubed butter (make sure it is super cold) Pulse until the mix makes a loose crumble about the size of coarse sad or small peas. Add water 1 tbsp. at a time while pulsing until mix forms a loose ball, it will be crumbly but when you pinch some together it holds. Pour the mix out on to your board and shape into a disc about 11/2” thick. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours. *This recipe is good for one large 10” pie crust. If you are going to use it in any other smaller applications, separate in to 2 discs* *This is wonderful frozen and will last if sealed tightly for months (use two layers of plastic wrap). Thaw in the fridge for a couple of days ensuring that it always stays cold* Manage LikeShow more reactions · Reply · 18m
