No Carb Cauliflower Tater Tots
This recipe is no carb from Suzanne Sommers book.
1 lb bag frozen cauliflower florets 2 tablespoon water 4 tablespoons butter, softened 2 large egg yolks 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 400º. Place the cauliflower in 2 qt. bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 8 -10 min until very soft. Drain and put cauliflower in food processor. Add butter, egg yolks and cheese. Process until smooth. Place mixture in a large resealable plastic bag and snip off corner. Pipe cauliflower mixture in 1 inch lengths onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 - 20 min. or until browned.
She suggests you freeze them before baking so they will retain their shape.

Dena, I think it is in...
"Suzanne Somers Fast and Easy" This is a combo of a lot of her books, and has lots of great recipes in it. You might want to check it out at the library first, just to make sure it is what you're looking for.
