Dinky, I can't even find the thread now but would you be willing to share your recipe for pulled pork? I've tried it, but it's just not right. DH loves the stuff. Thanks!!!!

sure!
the rub:
3T paprika 1T garlic powder 1T brown sugar 1T dry mustard 3T coarse salt
(let this stand on the meat at least 1 hour, I usually let it sit over night)
bake:
200-250 degrees for about 6 hours, depending on the size of the roast, but you want to slow cook it all day (or night) I cook mine covered, and put alittle liquid smoke on the meat before I cook it. Only about a tsp or less.
when the roast is done, take it out, let set for about 15-30 minutes, then pull apart with forks.
sauce:
I use Otts Silver Dollar City sauce........original recipe.
I think the sauce is one of the most impt things, so a good sauce can make or break your pulled pork experience.
I always serve slaw, hash brown casserole and beans with my pork.
