Tiramisu Bites by Chris Smith, The Diabetic Chef
Ingredients: 12 oz whipped cream cheese spread 2 T (or more to taste) Splenda, granular form 1/4 C brewed coffee 1/2 t vanilla (I always use more, about 1 t) 1 Cup frozen light topping thawed 2 boxes fillo tartlet shells(Athens brand)
Instructions: Combine cream cheese spread, splenda, coffee and vanilla in medium bowl.
Fold in whipped topping. Use a spoon or pastry bag to fill tartlets. Refrigerate until firm. For garnish sprinkle unsweetened cocoa, mixed with splenda on tops.
Nutritional Information: Per serving:60 calories, 5 g fat, 1 g protein, 3 g carbohydrate, 0 dietary fiber, 14 mg cholesterol, 60 mg sodium. Exchanges: 0 lean meat, 1 fat, 0 other carbs, 3 g total fat, 2 g saturated fat.

Sounds good, DH would absolutely LOVE this! Athens brand?? Not here.. could you describe them to me a bit, so I can see if I can get something close to them?? Thank you!!! ;D

Slush, I have no idea what they are. I got this in an email and knew there were some diabetics on the board tht might like this. I would guess any fillo tartlet shells would do.
