Crab Wontons 8 oz. cream cheese crab or shrimp seasme oil (few drops) white pepper garlic green onion tops grated carrots (optional) salt wonton wraps Most of this is by taste. A friend and I got the main ingreidents from a restaurant and played with it until we had the right amount of everything. I put all the ingreidents together in a mixing bowl and heat a little. That way you can add more if wanted. Some of my friends like more of the meat and others don't like that much garlic. Watch the oil. Place in wonton wraps and deep fat fry. Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce. These go really fast at get togethers. Enjoy!! I'm making these today, and I noticed all the spelling errors, so I edited for the spelling

I'm making these for dinner tonight, but using shrimp instead of crab, so I thought I'd post a good sweet and sour recipe too.
SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
1/4 cup pineapple juice 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar 3 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar 1-1/2 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tsp water
Combine juice, vinegar, brown sugar, and ketchup in small pan. Bring to simmer over medium heat. Add cornstarch solution and cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Let cool before serving.
