1 lb. cranberries
1 C. granulated sugar
1 C. crushed pineapple, drained
1 12-ounce package miniature marshmallows
1 C. whipping cream, whipped
Chop the raw cranberries in a food processor, blender or meat grinder. Combine cranberries, sugar, drained pineapple, miniature marshmallows and whipped cream. Mix together and refrigerate overnight.

hmmmmm...never thought of making it with the whipped topping mixed in...I may have to make another batch of Cranberry Salad! I use a couple boxes of Jello with mine...I use 1 cup of the drained PA Juice, heated up in the microwave oven to mix it with then dump it in with the fruits. I use the cream cheese/marshmallow topping...I think I'm back in the kitchen to try yet another recipe! We aren't having our Thanksgiving until Saturday...I have time...
